Do you ever feel like you could step out of your life to move into a totally different daily experience? Having been at the camp for two weeks now, I have moved into a different existence, not that there was anything wrong with my previous existence. Every day is dictated by what I feel like doing--sewing, knitting, reading, bike riding, kayaking, listening to an audiobook, or just gazing out at the water. This is an amazing departure from my "normal" routine which includes going to the office, talking to people all day, coming home to fit in a walk and then some knitting before heading to bed. I am diggin' this new life, with another week of it to go. I have finished some projects but may have to pace uploading them because this dial-up (a feature of the new life that I am not diggin') is very slow. Here are a couple of the projects. I finished the mitred corners and edging for the pillow.
Look who else I finished!
It's BeaBop enjoying the camp. She was fun to knit and sew but I wish a little extra materials came in the kit--if you make a mistake, you are out of luck because there is nothing to spare. When I return home, I'll begin Fifi. That is all for now. Have a good week.
